At Housecall Pro, I led the Money AI squad. I delivered an agentic experience that compiles dispute evidence packages, which resulted in an 11% increase in win rates, from 20% to 31%, with submission rates jumping from 49% to 86%. Prior to that I designed a flagship mobile navigation app reaching over 4 million users worldwide.
I design because a designer is simply who I am. I've always built products, whether physical or digital, and I can't look at something without wondering why it was designed that way. I love being able to simplify real people's lives through digital experiences. We can't escape digitalism, so it might as well be a pleasant experience to use.
I tend to come to solutions very quickly. I'll build a prototype and validate if my solution works. After input from others and a few iterations, I want to either test in person, or ship right away. It usually is the latter. Learning from real users is the best way to improve products. I move quick, I stay humble, and I adapt when needed.
